The estate
Michel Reybier, owner of Château Cos d'Estournel in the Saint-Estèphe appellation, embarked on a joint-venture with the Jeeper Champagne House in 2013, founded in 1949 and acquired in 2009 by Nicolas Dubois.
The vineyard
The Jeeper Champagne House tends to a vineyard of around 50 hectares spread over the Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne.
The wine
This Premier Cru Brut stems from the collaborative work between Michel Reybier and Nicolas Dubois, with the ambition of producing an excellent champagne that authentically expresses its terroir of origin. The dosage is 7g/litre.

This Premier Cru Brut Michel Reybier comprises a blend of Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%).
