Salon 1999

The robe of the champagne Salon 1999 is of a very pale yellow in which appear reflections of delicate pale green hues. On the palate, the attack is immediate, little by little revealing a firm yet refined texture, thanks to a gracious effervescence with fine bubbles and a creamy foam. Aromas express all their richness unveiling flavours of brioche and soft part of the bread, along with scents of white flowers, white fruits and almonds. The finale remains long and enhanced by citrus hints.
