An exceptional Blanc de Blancs champagne from Maison Savart
The property
In just a few years, Frédéric Savart has established himself as an emblematic figure of Champagne, its terroirs, and author wines. Driven by unwavering ambition, he took over the family estate to produce champagnes with a distinct identity, precise and elegant.
The vineyard
Cultivated according to the precepts of organic farming, the Domaine Savart extends over four hectares located in the Ecueil sector, Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims in Champagne.
Vinification and aging
This Blanc de Blancs champagne comes from the Premier Cru of Pierry, located on the southern slopes of Épernay, and more specifically from the "Les Brousses" plot. Produced according to organic practices, this extra brut has a dosage of 3 g/l.
