Tasting
Colour
The colour is of a golden yellow with green highlights.
Nose
The nose, with yellow fruit (nectarine) and citrus (preserved lemon) notes presiding, develops gradually into delicious pastry, baked apple, tart tatin and lightly toasted cocoa bean scents.
Palate
Full and juicy from the attack, the palate is light and delicious with a lively effervescence, followed by a lovely freshness at the finish.
