Les Preuses is the Chablis Grand Cru located further north. The plot stretches over 11.4 hectares and is one of the smallest among the Grand Crus. The vines selected by Domaine Chanson are ideally located in the heart of the plot. The 2013 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses is pure Chardonnay.
The wine displays a beautiful golden colour. The nose gives off very fresh floral notes on citrusy and fresh hazelnut aromas, underlined by a light hint of vanilla. This balanced and generous 2013 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses carries a lovely mineral character. The wine reveals a good structure with much depth and finesse. This 2013 offers a nervous mineral aspect and a well-integrated acidity. The finish is pure and long.
