The 2011 Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Chevrottes is pure Chardonnay. Domaine Chanson's vineyard is located next to the famous Montrachet appellation and stretches over 2 hectares. The vineyard has a particular architecture: small blocks that imbricate with one another.

The pale gold coloured wine reveals floral fragrances on exotic fruit mixed with fresh honey notes. The whole is enhanced by a mineral hint. This complex and well-balanced wine offers a good volume with a good presence on the palate. The finish is long and intense.
