The 2009 Meursault Premier Cru Perrières from Domaine Chanson comes from a Chardonnay vineyard located halfway up the hill in the South of the village of Meursault. The "Perrieres" vineyard is one of the most famous of Meursault associating good richness and great minerality. 
The pale gold coloured wine gives off floral fragrances such as acacia on citrusy zests and pear notes underlined by a nice touch of vanilla. Precise, this nervous vintage reveals good concentration and a delicate mineral character. The 2011 Meursault Premier Cru Les Perrieres offers subtle wood and a long, elegant finish on the palate.
