2010 Deutz Champagne Brut Rosé
This is the last brut rosé released by Deutz Champagne House offers scrumptious creamy, soft texture. This pale pink hued champagne rosé -generous and crisp- reveals wild red fruits, wild flowers, and spices (ginger): very refreshing champagne rosé with super combination of vigor and elegance.
Wine Advocate-Parker :
The pale rose color of the 2010 Brut Rosé indicates a very pure and delicate bouquet. On the palate, this is a full-bodied, pretty intense and fruity Rosé with a long and precise finish. It's concentrated, tightly woven and pretty firm, but less finesse-full and delicate than the NV Rosé. This Rosé is still young, tastes a bit sweeter and more fruit-intense, and reveals a certain phenolic character in the finish. I would store it for a few years.
