Description
A fresh and complex Blanc de Blancs Champagne
The estate
Founded by the two brothers, Jules and Auguste Devaux, the Champagne Devaux House remained a family-owned property from 1846 to 1987, the year this invaluable heritage was passed on to the Union Auboise, now known as the "Groupe Vinicole Champagne Devaux."
The vineyard
With partnerships with over 100 winegrowers, the Champagne Devaux House has, over the years, developed a unique approach in Champagne through sustainable viticulture across its entire vineyard. Made from exceptional vineyards, Devaux champagnes showcase two flagship grape varieties of Champagne: the Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar, round and powerful, and the Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montgueux, refined, elegant, and fresh.
The single-vineyard cuvées, grouped under the D collection, are renowned for their purity and the authentic expression of the house's savoir-faire.
The wine
This Cœur des Bar Blanc de Blancs from Maison Devaux comes from a selection of plots located within the Côte des Blancs.
