Domaine Laroche has been part of the Advini group since 2009 and is recognised for the precision, elegance and aromatic richness of its wines, which authentically express the subtlety of the Chablis climats.

The vineyard

A hallmark among fine Chablis wines and comprising a surface area of 90 hectares, the vineyard of Domaine Laroche, managed using agro-ecological viticultural practices, is composed exclusively of Premiers Crus and Grands Crus.

The wine

The 2018 Chablis 1er Cru "Les Beauroys" by Domaine Laroche stems from a vineyard of 3.41 hectares. The vines are 30 years old on average and are planted on a Kimmeridgian limestone slope with a south/southeast exposure, giving this wine minerality and aromatic richness.

Vinification and ageing

Following the harvest, the whole bunches are sent to a pneumatic press. The musts are divided between barrels and stainless steel tanks as soon as fermentation begins. The vinification is carried out during the ageing process, where the low proportion of new wood favours the complexity and structure of the wine.
