2004 Chablis Grand Cru, Chardonnay, Burgundy.
This 2004 wine is the 13th vintage of Réserve de l'Obédience by Domaine Laroche. It has been patiently produced, after a longue and temperate ripening season. The 2004 Réserve de l'Obédience is 100% Chardonnay and reveals a very delicate aromatic expression. This 2004 Chablis Grand Cru offers a unique combination of finesse and spicy aromas such as star anise, on a structure of salty freshness typical of the Blanchots.
